I can get to the button that says Moderator Panel. I can check on the join requests. However, for some reason I cannot accept/decline join requests anymore.
For a long time, everything worked fine. About two months ago, I started getting an error message when trying to accept new members: "Permission utterly denied! Perhaps you just need to log in?" And yet when I went back to the join request list by clicking the back button on my browser, the person I'd clicked to Accept would be accepted.
Now, even that is gone. I don't really know why, and I also don't know if anyone else is checking to accept new members, because I only check in about twice a week, and there's always a pile of new membership requests in there.
So could someone please (1) figure out why I can't accept/decline the join requests anymore, and (2) go in and take care of the existing join requests? Thanks.

My friend was having the same problem in another guild. I think it's Gaia giving the middle finger to guilds.
However, you're totally awesome, helpful, and active in this guild :3 maybe you could be promoted to vice-captain so you can take care of invites?

I'm that friend she's talking about! And after making an extremely bitchy thread in Q&A that involved lots of swearing at Gaia, I FOUND THE ANSWER!!! ...Kind of. The join requests do work. Like, if you click "accept", it accepts the join request even though it doesn't say so. Unfortunately, it's really annoying to accept them all 'cause you have to keep clicking a lot to get back to the join request page again. Yeah, I'm kind of pissed at Gaia right now. gonk

As I said in my very first post, it USED to work (even while it said it didn't work) when I clicked on "Accept." It doesn't work anymore.
Please, if there's another moderator, captain, or vice-captain, could you take care of the join requests? It's beginning to look like I really am the only person that ever did this job, once I started doing it, and that's just sad.

Seriously. It's been over a week now. Someone needs to approve these join requests, and for whatever reason, I can't do it.

Have you tried PMing the other people that might be moderators?

Not yet, because I sort of assume that if I can remember that I belong to a guild, and check it daily when I'm a moderator, that the other moderators can remember it too. I guess I should PM them, though, because so far I've been proven wrong.

The other one's been on more recently.
Maybe you could try asking the admins about what to do if the guild leader has left the bldg?
And worst comes to worst, I've got almost 20000 gold... I'm sure I'm not the only one, and I am not opposed to moving.
