Night Time Suicides {Poem}

[higoth]

Splashing through the blue tides of sorrow,
She spies a hand: desperate to clatch on to her,
To claim her from the vast emptiness,
As the last lightning strike hit,
The very last of the rain fell,
As the petals on the black rose slowly wilted,
Depression causing her to sink like a,
Old graying stone tied to a leg,
Resting sure that the night would fall soon,
She gave a gasp of relief: for it was near the end,
The red hit the sea, and she gasped in sheer shock,
Pain sent through her pale white body,
Her rosy red lips cried out in agony,
As she writhed in the tides of sorrow,
The hand; it had found her,
Grabbing on; survival asured,
She breathed again; she lived again,
No more haunting pain in the back of her mind,
For it had truly been set right,
No more night time suicides.
