Hello everyone, my name is Chelsea. I decided to get rid of my old journal and fix this up a bit. My last weight loss attempt in 2009 did not seem to get me far, but I had the right ideas. What I would like to do is try again by eating healthier and exercising way more. I'll weigh myself every Saturday morning to keep track of my progress.

My Goals
1) Lose 5 lbs by February 28
2) Lose 10 lbs by April 30
3) Reach 125 lbs by June 1
- Continue to drink lots of water and drink more milk
- Say no to sugary snacks and treats
- Workout everyday of the week for at least 30 minutes
- Better portion control
