Hello everyone, my name is Chelsea. I decided to get rid of my old journal and fix this up a bit. My last weight loss attempt in 2009 did not seem to get me far, but I had the right ideas. What I would like to do is try again by eating healthier and exercising way more. I'll weigh myself every Saturday morning to keep track of my progress.




Age: 19
Height: 5'4"
Current Weight: 143.2lbs
BMI: 24.5
Goal Weight: 125lbs


My Goals

1) Lose 5 lbs by February 28
2) Lose 10 lbs by April 30
3) Reach 125 lbs by June 1

- Continue to drink lots of water and drink more milk
- Say no to sugary snacks and treats
- Workout everyday of the week for at least 30 minutes
- Better portion control

Rewards

I haven't come up with some rewards for myself yet.

Belly Fat-Blasters (5 min.)
Total: 35 min.


1/30/10:
Treadmill (30 min.)
Various ab exercises (5 min.)
Total: 35 min.


1/31/10:
Walked Dog ~2 miles (60 min.)
Total: 60 min.


2/1/10:
Exercise TV Abs (10 min.)
Exercise TV Toning (10 min.)
Total: 20 min.


2/9/10:
Walking (20 min.)
Total: 20 min.

Today is my first day and so far I've done pretty well. I had a bagel for breakfast and some ramen for lunch.

I use to try and eat about 1200 calories a day and so I want to start doing that again.
