Description (eye color/hair color/hair style etc): Eye color will be a very light blue and a very blue pupil. The main body is colored like a melting Icicle. The fur by the long furry feet are white till about ankle and fade from white to ice blue from the ankle to the knee. The face of her is ice blue with white faded from the muzzle to about mid-face. Her body will also look like a light frost has just snowed all over it. Fur/Hair/Clothing will look lightly snowed on.

Shiney and sparkly with snowflake Orniments tied into her long mane and tail.
A furlined cape attached to the necklace. The main body of the cape will also be a thick fur...prehaps layered slightly to make it look like the fur is bunching up in certain places - the print will be Snow leopard fur. (The Entire Cape will be Snow Leopard Colored (It will be very white and the spots a light grey). And it will reach down to the ground and drag on behind her and around covering the backlegs entirely.

I also want what looks like steam comming out her nose and mouth...like she's been out in the cold.
She'll also have several silver bracelets around the top part of her leg since the leg warmers will be on the bottom.

Okie she's going to be #EDCBF9 With a very light touch of white spotting over her body. Large spots and some very defined smaller spots (The defined ones will only be on her bum and they will be hearts)

Her hair is going to be white.

The only difference is I want the laces to show more then they do on the dress. I'd like it to be more corseted on the top.

As for her neck I'd like this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/25190318@N03/2740571623/ Except I want the rose to be 'real' and not a sewn on rose like in the pic. The coller will be white the rose will be a light purple to match the dress.

She will have purple freckling over her nose and her eyes will be a light purple. The pupil will be a darker purple.

Also the middle of her face is going to be a lighter purple then her body so the freckles show up better.

The hair by her hooves will be extra feathery and white. Her hooves will also be white.
