I've been telling myself for a long time now that a little of both is okay, and while I am consuming much less of desserts and carbies, it's still working pretty negatively against me.
For example, on days when I'd chide myself and try to limit, I'd end up accidentally nibbling the equivalent of the bad thing itself.
Doing, after this revolution, I've had two bites of fudge and a tortilla. It works pretty well for me, this concept.
Has anyone else done this before?
