I'm currently fifteen years old, almost sixteen and my goal is that I will have lost fifteen or more pounds before my birthday which is January 24th I'm sure I'll have lost more than that but just in case setting it low for now. I'm 5'5 and I weigh 156 pounds. I'm tired of how I look at myself and how i'm so tired over just running for five minutes or more. I'm not doing this to loose weight but to become healthy and perhaps try out for fencing next year. We'll see how this goes.
