I really haven't seen any new goth bands that have become popular in the 90's to now. I mainly want to so if anyone knows any of the 2000's goth bands. So anyone know any?

The 90's were pretty dead (save for a handful of groups like Nosferatu, and Faith and the Muse), but there's been a pretty big wave this decade.

Actually The Wake started in the 80's. Ikon, Golden Apes, and Abney Park started in the 90's. There is A LOT of goth bands from the 90's, deathrock didn't gain a lot of bands towards the end of it. Also The Sound isn't even goth, they are post-punk revival and indie.

Anyways a lot of newer deathrock and goth bands:
All Gone Dead
Scarlet's Remains
Tragic Black
Frank the Baptist
Bloody Dead and Sexy
Violet Stigmata
Scary Bitches
New Days Delay
Cult of the Psychic Fetus(?)
Pins and Needles
Sleeping Children
Plastique Noir
The Ghost of Lemora

That's all I care to put for now.

What about Apocolyptica?

(I know they are currently classified as Metal, but their sound incorporating cellos is very reminicient of a defunct late 80's band "Darling Cruel" that tried to jump on the goth bandwagon in that nullspace between 1989-1990. In fact, A lot of the newer metal bands on the airwaves seem to be borrowing heavily from goth influences in their videos and certain songs. Any clues on this phenomenon, Gil?)
