I think she is referring to Sanus.

Seeing as how the topic is "I am the Shion to her Jr."
we must assume it is a 1) female who 2) likes or
knows of Xenosaga. Seeing as how Sylabus is a
girl, it could be her, but Endranse is included and,
I believe, is a boy. Myself and Kite are both men,
so that knocks us out, leaving only PPN and Sanus.
PPN, however, likes KOS-MOS more than Shion or
Jr., so the topic would say something about KOS-
MOS.

This leaves Sanus as the only choice, whom has made
both a Shion and Jr. cosplay on her accounts. It makes
sense, then, that it is references Sanus.
