Guys my muscles are in poor shape. x_X Forget losing weight, this is a more urgent matter for me.
Every morning I wake up feeling sore in my back, my arms, and my legs. It's easy to blame the old old bed but I think it has to do more with how tense my muscles are.
To tell you exactly how poor off they are let me recollect an embarrassing moment from three days ago. I was on the floor, sitting with my foot flat under my butt and the floor and as I went to stand up, I twisted it into standing position and it *sprained*. Sprained! I need to lose weight but I'm not that heavy!
So, here's my problem, I know absolutely no stretches, which means I don't stretch appropriately before exercise.
This guild has been so quiet lately that I don't feel guilty asking anyone if they have any nifty resources (with lots of pictures!) that can show me stretches that will help my muscles. <3 Thanks guys!
