ugh it just annoys me how no one understands Ryan. So I decided to write this: =) Tell Me What You think. ----------------------------------------------------
»George Ryan Ross, Ryan Ross to Many.
RyRo is my 1 & only idol for a reason.
I think that he is just amazing, & i look
up to him for lots of things.
Now 'a Days you always hear of girls like
OMG I LOVE BRAD PITT or JOE JONAS
Now 'a Days you always hear of guys like
Dude Pete Wentz is my man, blahblahblah
Well...to be honest, I don't think Ryro
is "my man" or "home dog"
And no, im not in love with him either.
But he is my idol because of his past, present, & future.
His Fathers alchaholism, his abusive mother.
he barely conquered all of it, But he did get through it
& when he was done with it all? He still had some courage left.
When he was a senior in school, he had the
nerve to take those experiences
and write about them in: lyric form.
Anyway...after being through a lot of crap in his life,
it's understandable (somehow) that he lost his faith in his religion
...now im not saying thats okay,
but im saying lots of people judge him for that.
This Is a free country with free beliefs, weather you choose
to BELIEVE in something such as a religion,
or not, it's your choice... So losers? Don't Bash him
about it. I wouldn't judge you, if you followed
your born American Rights.
Everyone may just think hes another one of
those emo/punk/whatever you classify him as,
just...shut the fk up, PLEASE.
Since your reading this, your online,
stay online, look up some of his lyrics,
listen to the song & read along.
While your reading, don't be making stupid comments
about how much you hate the band,
just actually try to understand them.
All im asking for is about 3 minutes of your time.
If you have a soal at all, this will give you a chance
to realize that looks are not everything.
But thats a hard thing to believe, in this day and age.
Not because hes famous, not because all the
girls love him, he is a perfect example
of why everyone should have an idol.
His lyrics, shockingly, me having a complex life, as i do
I actually can relate to, which means
a lot to me. He is not in this band for the fame
or for theglory like all other bands are.
He is in it for one soal reason.
That reason is to get out, that he conquered
everything life has thrown at him so far,
and he is still going.
& Simpally? If he could do it,
he is giving every ounce of courage he used,
& is giving it to every one else, when they are in trouble.
So...now you know about, what you used to think was just some random "lead guitar // backup vocals" dude in some band.
Listen, they are not some band. They are a band of inspiration.
Inspiration?yes. thanks to George Ryan Ross the Third.

PanicChic2005 I'm sorry to tell you this, dearie. But RYAN wrote I Write Sins. He wrote all of the lyrics for all the songs except I Have Friends and Folkin' Around. And, yes, I have heard other Panic songs on the radio. For example: Lying is the Most Fun. But It's Better. Nine In The Afternoon. And if you count Music Choice as a radio station: When The Day Met The Night and She's A Handsome Woman. But other than that I totally agree. We had to do this activity in school and they asked, "Who is someone you look up to besides your family?" Unfortunatly, I couldn't name all of the boys, but Ryan was the one I chose. For all of those reasons you listed. And no, it's not because I'm in love with Ryan. Because I'm a true fan. I love all our boys in thier own special way. Can I get an AMEN?! biggrin Toast the fine folks casting silver crumbs to us from the dock. Jinxed things ringing as they leak through tiny cracks in the boardwalk. Scarecrow, now it's time to hatch sprouting suns and ageless daughters. Don't you know? Don't you know that those watermelon smiles just can't ripen underwater? Just can't ripen underwater.
Actually, he wrote all the songs on A Fever. If you look back on prior interviews, Panic themselves said that Pretty. Odd. was a collaborative effort. All four boys were more involved the second time around.
AMEN TO THAT SECOND PART!

AMEN TO THAT SECOND PART! I know he wrote them all for A Fever. Notice I didn't list any songs from A Fever. And I'm saying lyrics wise. biggrin
