You should give it a try! I thought I was going to be really disappointed but surprisingly I wasn't. It definitley is NOT the same as the last one.. not even a spin-off to say the least..

I thought I saw Shannon in one of the commericials. I love her, but not enough to watch the show. I wasn't a fan of the last one, and to hear this one's different isn't much of a reason to see it.
Are they so out of ideas that they need to bring back old a** shows?

sometimes bringin back old shows is cool though but yeah 90210 for me not a big YAY!!! But obviously alot of ppl do like it

Well so far, some of the original characters are being introduced into the show as teachers/principles/etc. Two of the new generation main characters come from Kansas.. and are new to the whole LA scene learning to get along with "those people".. the rest is new drama with rich kids today and technology.. and so on.
