Okay, so I totally came up with this by accident. I bought some tofu steak, brussel sprouts, and a bag of mixed veggies. I put too much oil in the pan at first, but then I used canola oil the second time. When you use either oil or canola spray, put either a half dollar size drop of oil in a hot pain, and swish the pain around to evenly distrubute the oil. If you are using canola spray, spray the whole pan for 3 seconds, getting all of the sides.
What to buy:
Canola Spray or Veggie Oil
Tofu Steak or regular tofu
Mixed bag of frozen veggies
One red clove of onion
Brussel Sprouts
Garlic salt
What to do:
Grease the pan with oil or spray
Chop up red onion into 8ths and peel the onion bits
Cut Tofu Steak into proportional sizes, more like little chik'n bits.
Open bag of frozen vegetables and throw into pan, add tofu, onion bits and brussel sprouts.
Stir for 5 minutes continuously while adding garlic salt to taste.
Servings:
3 or more (depending on how small you cut the cubes)
It tastes really good, if you don't add too much oil. I suggest adding garlic salt, because it makes the tofu taste more like a filling substance and gives it a nice little kick. (:
