I need a banner for my tournament. I am hosting a tournament, and it needs to be pretty! I am offering a male Gible with Sandstorm, Sand Tomb, Outrage, and Earthquake! I dont really care what's on it, but I would prefer a black and red color scheme since I love Team Rocket XD. Lol, and I'm thinking of making my tournament into a Rocket theme as it evolves. Team Rocket's Tournament of Evil XD. I'm a dork, get over it. lol. I have a few Gible, so there can be more than one winner. In fact, I would prefer to have more than one banner (and they dont all have to be "Rocket themed"). I am going to learn how to make one too, so any tips on how to make one would be greatly appreciated!!! heart
