Well, we don't have a subforum dedicated to what the best move sets. The closest we have is the teams subforum.

As for moves:

Regirock - Ancient Power (for STAB and stat boosting), Super Power (for opposing steel types), Curse (for Stat Boosting), and Explosion.

Regice - Ancient Power (stat boosting), Ice Beam (STAB), Thunderbolt (hits fighting and fire for neutral damage, water for supereffective), Hyperbeam.

Registeel - Ancient Power (stat boosting), Metal Claw (STAB and stat boosting), Curse (boosts Strength and defence), Earthquake.

Regigigas - Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Crush Grip (STAB).
