So, since Black Gold's last blog we received a lot of questions from our fans as well as Panic fans about my future with Panic at the Disco. First of all, let me assure you that there is no ill will of any kind between us. In fact, my friendship with the boys in Panic has never been better. We have been having an amazing time touring the world together and we are all very sad that I will not be able to continue with them on their trip to the Eastern hemisphere. Up until now, Black Gold's and Panic's schedules have fit well together. Now however, between preparing to release an album, shooting videos, recording new music and preparing for some upcoming shows, Black Gold's schedule has simply become too busy to try to manage while I am on the road with Panic. Although it may be sad to have to jump off tour with my good friends in Panic, I am really excited about everything coming up for Black Gold! And you should be too! So, the question remains... will I ever play with Panic at the Disco again? DEFINITELY!!! We are all too close of friends who musically connect too profoundly for this to be the end of our collaborations. The members of Panic are like brothers to me. I cant imagine that it will be too long before our schedules align once again and we can continue to make great music together. In the mean time, look out guys because a lot is about to happen in the world of Black Gold!

(if you don't know who Eric Ronick is, he's Panic At The Disco's keyboard player when they go on tour.)
