Hello, my name is Angel-Fin-Shmex QUIT.
I like to think of my username as ironic.
I quit Gaia a while ago but returned and I don't want to pay 10k to change my username back to normal. xD

Anyway...
Call me Angel.

The title of this journal/diary doesn't really make much sense, but it sounds cooler than...
"Angel's Weight Loss Diary"
xD


Background Info:

I used to weight 130 lbs. and I was pretty happy with my weight, but I've gained about 20 pounds. I'm even fairly happy with the way I look now, except for when I'm in a bikini. >_>
However, I know that I'll feel better and be more healthy if I lose some weight.

My IRL boyfriend, known to Gaia as xOMEGAspikex, and I usually do 50 sit-ups a night but we are not always consistent, but we are going to try harder to exercise every night.

I'll try to update this journal/diary with info about exercise, food, and my current weight as often as I can (preferably daily).

Advice I've gained from this guild:
`Eating with your non-dominant hand can help you eat slower.
`Drink more water.
`Instead of drinking fruit juice, eat the actual fruit.
`Brush your teeth directly after eating a meal -- this will discourage you from snacking after.

.A snack of some Doritos and a can of Dr. Pepper. Dx
.Dinner: Meatloaf (ew) and cheesy potatoes, salad w/ Caesar dressing
.Slice of rhubarb pie w/ vanilla bean ice cream for dessert.

.I'm thinking of doing yoga sometime, if I remember and have the ambition. xD

Today was a bad day, I had lots of bad foods. D:

.Woo, I did my 50 sit-ups last night for the first time in...3 weeks? xD It felt good. And painful. xD
.I fully intend on doing my 50 sit-ups for tonight.
