ninja For the benefit of Mr. Kite...I saw this in a 3-D theatre the other day, and it was fantastic! I'll copy my review from Flixster:
"No, this isn't some kind of award-winning phenomenon that will shake audiences for ages (though I bet it will get some kind of visual-related Oscar), but I dare you to find a more fun experience in theatres. Sure, Batman might be the bigger hit, but this adventure is a joy-ride from start to finish. Seeing it in 3-D, I definitely got my fair share of jumps and thrills, and I visualized one of the most awesome theme park rides ever! This is a great movie!"
I loved this movie, and it was exactly what I wanted it to be...and now that I've become addicted to the 3-D experience, I can't wait for Final Destination 4 to hit theatres! That'll be terrifying!<3 ...there will be a show tonight. domokun

ninja Got a brand new shipment of electrical equipment...I seriously got freaked out during those fish parts. Especially the last one! Argh! I jumped, which was embarrassing...since my fiance was with me! xD
Fly Me to the Moon looks a bit lame, though...however, the 3-D aspect might make it worth it. Although...the trailer for that one kind of started making me sick, so maybe I will skip that one altogether. Bolt looks great, though! ...it's addressed to the bottom of the sea. domokun

It was surprisingly good. I mean, it'll still be okay in 2-D, but not nearly as cool. I'm glad that I caught it! domokun

That was cool in 3d and when the fish flew out, that gave me a shock.

Surprisingly it's not a knock-off, it's more of an homage. They reference the novel as happening first...they're actually not the first group to reach the center of the earth. 3nodding domokun

I wanted to see this movie. I didn't even know it was in 3-D, though. I'm pretty sure that would totally make it worth the dollar. :] I hope to get around to seeing it in 3-D, too! Sounds like something I'd definitely watch.

I haven't seen it! Is it a good movie, worth watching? And, what genre does it come under?
