smile well I have been trying to learn japanese for some time now and so far Im progressing s-l-o-w-l-y (slowly) and is making a list of japanese words I hear from people online in order to speed things up for me as well as to teach the public something neat. xd so to start things off lets try "konichiwa" meaning hello."Ogenki desuka" meaning how are you.
and "sayonara" meaning goodbye. mrgreen

"Hai, genki desu."
means: I'm good. (basically
)
Um..I taught myself a bit of Japanese a couple of years ago. I forgot most of what I learned sweatdrop

Let's see..If you need help with Thai, that's new new language I'm working on (besides French)

Ugh, I can't think of Japanese right now.
I'll do another post some other time!

Japanese is hard. I decided to give up until I'm in college (which is soon, I'm skipping a semester, though, to get money) so that way I'm in a classroom environment. It's easier for me that way.

Chinese is easier to learn, though. =0 I'm learning that as well.

Nihao, wo shi Fynn. Ni shi shei ma? (pronounched: Knee-how, woe sure Fin. Knee sure shay mah?)
Konichiwa, watashi wa Fynn. Anata wa? /or/ Konichiwa, Fynn desu. Anata wa?

"Hello, I am Fynn. Who are you?" :]

Counting to three is a piece of cake. I can count to 99. I forgot how to say 100, or I'd be able to go to 1000. gonk

Ohiyo gozimas. Watashi no namae wa Hari desu. Hajime-mashite.
-Or-
Good morning. My name is Hari. Nice to meet you.
All in very polite Japanese. I can count up to 900 (kyu-hyaku). ^_^ And from anime I can swear and call someone an idiot. ^_^ It's useful knowledge, if you ask me.

I tried teaching myself but I'm going to take it at my college in the fall because it'll be so much easier. It's a really difficult language to learn!
