New Patch Sucks like hell

Well, since the new patch. My computer's been lagging like hell when i play ms. I can't attack i can't pick up items. the only thing i can do is walk around. Does anyone else have this problem?

I know it's not a virus and my computer is brand-new

I've noticed that too. And all of a sudden I can't log on anymore.
I uninstalled it and now I'm gonna try and see if it works now but idk...MS can get annoying with their patches sometimes.

I"ve tried everything. But i guess for now i'll play on my private server.
