The Animal Rights National Conference 2008 will be held from August 14th-18th this year in Alexandria, VA, a suburb outside of Washington D.C. (home of Sticky Fingers Bakery, Java Green, Compassion Over Killing, and lots of other amazing vegan delights.)

I'll be there from the 14th to the 17th. Is anybody else going? Have you been before? This will be my first time & being around other animal rights activists, organizing, listening to speakers, & enjoying delicious vegan food is definitely what I need to get myself prepared for the coming school year at a not-so-vegan friendly college.

I might be going =D.

I asked my dad if he has any business trips out there around when it happens (he usually goes out there a lot for work).

But one question.
I'm only 16.
And in the pictures everyone appears somewhat older.
And I still allowed to come?

...and they want their oil back.
