I'm Laura. I weigh 129, and I plan to get down to 101. At a height of just-about-hitting the 5' mark, I think that's a much healthier weight. Yay :]

Motivation ? Aside from the obvious - look good, be able to wear nice clothes etc. - No Masturbating until I reach 101lbs. XD


Note: Anything I eat for dinner is from the 'Good For You' or 'Weight Watchers' range, and generally has less than 400cals in. =]

Breakfast: Cereal - Kellogg's Crunchy Nut.
Lunch: 6 Chicken Nuggets.
Dinner: Sweet+Sour Chicken and Vegetables, Rice.
Snack: Some Absolutely Revolting Chocolate. =[

Breakfast: Cereal - Wheat Flakes With Dried Raspberry, Apple and Blackberry.
Lunch: Cheese & Lettuce Baguette. (School food is limiting.)
Dinner: Carrot and Coriander Soup.
Snacks: 'Light' Soft Cheese.

Breakfast: Half a Pear.
Lunch: Weight Watchers Mexican Chicken Pasta.
Dinner: Chicken Korma and Rice.
Snacks: None.

Breakfast: Half an Apple.
Lunch: Chicken Salad Baguette (wholegrain).
Dinner: Chicken, Tomato and Spinach Lasagne.
Snacks: 1 Biscuit, 2 Quavers, 1 and a half Apple bootlaces, 2 foam bananas.

Lunch: Baked Potato with Cheddar Cheese and Beans.
Dinner: Macaroni & Cheese.

Lunch: Tomato & Basil Soup with Bread
Dinner: 3 words. Indian Take Out. D: !
Snacks: Another pastry thing.. Yay, more calories. :/
