okee dokee! Time to start my journey towards the new me!

current weight: 149.7 lbs
goal weight: 110 (i'm short)

I'm anemic so i'm easily short of breath and always tired but i'm hoping to get myself in shape no matter what it takes! as stupid as this sounds i also bought the wii which kicks my a** and makes me work like crazy so when it's bad weather and i can't leave the house i always have my games to count on! lol.

June 17th 2008 1:30 pm.

Breakfast: frosted flakes (naughty me)

lunch: yummy Strawberry & Cream Oatmeal...OM NOM NOM

snack (3:30pm): about 1/3 of a very large apple (with a little peanut butter on top...OM NOM NOM). I hate apples...

exercise: One mile walk around the park with my dog Piper.

A second mile long walk around the park with Piper.

dinner: a frozen dinner thing (and a bite of chocolate bar for dessert >_> )

weight: 147

today for lunch i had a bit of a fruit cocktail and a teensy cupcake >_>

Dinner: i think it was Goulosh...spelling!? I had about a cup of it. maybe a cup and a half. I'm horrible at eating healthy lol.
