Little Master Reaper MD2 kool team i like it and i want to know how to teach a raichu/pikachu/pichu volt tackle so how u do it Get two pikachu, one male, one female, find a light ball (a hold item that doubles pikachu's attack), attach it to the male pikachu, put both pikachu's into the daycare center, get an egg, hatch it, you now have a pichu that knows Volt Tackle, raise it as you see fit.
This is the only way to get Volt Tackle, so if you see a first level pikachu/raichu with the attack, or any level pikachu/raichu with both Volt Tackle and Surf, the trainer owning it is a dirty rotten cheater. ^^
