I have always worried that if I do lose all of this weight, what happens to the skin? Will it start sagging? OR will it become tighter?

to be honest, im not sure. I always wonder what happens to all the blood vessles and nerves and things and what happens to them when you lose weight xd looking at your photos i wouldnt think it would sag unless you lose it pretty quickly

It depends on how quickly you lose weight. The slower the weight loss, the less skin sagging you'll get. Also, the slower you lose, the more likely you are to keep the weight off, because you're making simple, live-with-able changes instead of drastic changes that will feel unnatural.

also, the more muscle you have the tighter your skin will be. Girls who do low to no carb proteins etc in their diet instead of exercise, loose mostly their weight in muscle mass. If your not depriving yourself of essential proteins and carbs and such and are exercising and building some muscle, you're less likely to have any sag.
