I really wish he wouldn't drink cuz his dad was an alcholic and that kinda stuff can be hereditary (sp?) and I would hate for him turn out like that cuz it really can cause a lot of hurt (my daddys an alcholic i would know)

Why do you think he drinks? I remember seeing those pictures from a long time ago, but what teenager doesn't get completely wasted once in a while? xD And, we've all seen the recent pictures of him with a drink in his hand...but I don't see anything wrong with him drinking socially. I mean, in all of those recent pictures...he is at clubs and casinos.

@clarinet: Ryan makes me sad sometimes to for a different reason not drinking though i can't explain but anyways i understand what you're saying because my mom isn't an alcholic but if she has a couple of drinks with one of her friends on the weekend it still bugs the crap out of me and i dont know why it just does. but Prime kinda does have a point and i know it can be hereditary but every picture i have seen him in he's been drinking socially. i have no idea what Prime is talking about with the other pictures but i really don't think he would become an alcholic because of his dad but yea. and what does (sp?) mean?

Well, an alcoholic parent along with some other crap CAN lead to the child becoming an alcoholic as well, but I actually don't see it happening to him.

And if it does, there's a band and a management around him to make sure things don;t get out of hand.

So yeah, don't worry hun. Ryan is a smart kid, he'll be fine =3.

I really don't think Ryan or any of the guys in Panic are going to become alcoholics, especially because of what Ry went through with his dad. I remember a time when he wanted absolutely nothing to do with alcohol... now he's loosened up about that but I don't think it'll ever be more than just social drinking.

Ryan's got a good life and a good head on his shoulders, I really don't see him developing an alcohol problem anytime soon. And hopefully not ever, obviously xp

Yes.
And once again, I agree, HE IS SMART.
He isn't going to be like his dad.
Can you seriously believe that he'll become a serious alcholic?

Ryan's is not an idiot. I'm pretty sure he knows better. Jeez. Lol. Just kidding. But seriously, he's not stupid. Most people learn from thier parents major mistakes.

After the death of his dad, I'm pretty sure he'll try and not become an acholic
after a tragedy like that.

I agree with miss Clarinet in the sense that being an Alcoholic is hereditary. It runs in the family. I have a b*****d father who drinks and I know that if I wasn't overly concerned about my health and actually liked the taste of alcohol I'd probably be a drinker too.

But that isn't why George Ryan Ross makes me sad. If he wants to be a drinker then that's his life and we don't run it.

Ryan makes me sad for many reasons. He just turned out to be not the person I had hoped for him to be but that is my own fault for having an expectation of a person I don't even know. Still the dood who was once my hero is now a nobody.

I still love Panic and their music but I'm not sure if I was as big of a fan as I used to be.
