http://www.fanworks.com . There's tons of MCR fanfics in the Musicians/Music Groups section. I warn you, there's a lot of pairing between the guys, but there are some decent ones.
I like one where Mikey is not really that nice,(but he doesn't kill anybody!) and a girl he kidnaps is supposed to be the daughter of Alicia's sister or something. The first line in Part 2 of Demo lovers is used in it...Gerard's in there too. Very good story.
