I'm trying to make a manga. Basicly its a horror, sci-fi, fantasy. Maybe a little romance. However I would like the opinions of the people, the audience. What makes a good storie Great and what makes a bad storie Terrible...

One major thing to watch out for-
All three genres you first mentioned are known for having really terrible cliches.
Avoid indulging cliches, but don't force yourself to sidestep them. Avoid them when it helps the story, but don't point out that you're avoiding them.
