Lmao, Maple can't give you viruses because it's a full screen game, there's no pop ups involved unless you have like, firefox/internet on at some advertisement screen. >w< Or your computer/laptop sucks. ;__;

Aside from that, Maple Story DOES NOT hold viruses.

If your mom has proof that a file from the Nexon folder is a virus, then the file may have been infected from another infected file.

But then again, I doubt your mom knows anything, if she figures an Online Game Application can give you a virus.

Some virus scans pick up Gameguard as a rootkit. (I think that's what it is)

It's not a malicious one, but it works in the same way.
