O'Brien is right, with the look on both their faces, there is definitely some buttsecksings going on. And it's good looking, though I find the flesh a little alive for a ghoul.

Yeah, do an ink wash of a black, dark brown or dark green.

I like; however, they're right, it looks freshly undead, too pink, too lively; shouldn't it look a little more decayed?

Maybe her unit of ghouls was summoned from using chaos magic to turn formally empire soilders into ghouls very recently?

Actually, Ghouls are still alive, they are not decaying dead things reanimated. Due to the consumption of dead flesh and whatnots they themselves become imbued with a lil' death magic, hence they count as undead, while technically they aren't.
