Introduction


Hey guys! I never know what to write as my introduction post so... this is my journal! I think from now on I will be more honest about how my weight makes me feel. I've been pretty honest about what I eat and why I eat it but from now on I'll also be using my journal as a place to rant about issues I have with my weight and weight loss. However! I will be ranting in white so you can choose to read it and it won't be forced on anyone. My feelings won't be hurt if no one chooses to read it, I just need to rant more often. whee

I have big plans for my weight loss, but bigger plans for a healthy lifestyle. I'll be filling in these sections as I learn more.


Current Stats:
Age - 21
Height - 5'4"
Weight - 172lb
Pant Size - 14
Shirt Size - Large
BMI - 29.6


Measurements:

Bust: 38 inches (that can certainly stay!)
Waist: 35 inches
Hips: 45 inches
Thighs: 27 inches
Upper Arm: 14 inches
Chin Fat: 3 inches

Goals


Timed Goals:
165lb by May 30th
Lose 1lb every week


Long Term Goals:
Run a marathon

General Goals:
Weight - 140lb
Pant Size - 8
Shirt Size - Medium
BMI - 24.9

Lifestyle Plan/Rules and Guidelines



- Weigh-ins Thursday morning.
- 2 bottles of water a day.
- 1400 calories a day.
- 15 minutes of exercise a day.
- Monavie every day.
- Exercise comes before internet.
- Write down how food makes me feel after I eat it.

Goals and Rewards - Every 5 sessions rewards me a vanity item of my choice.

Two birthday cupcakes (they're gone now I swear!)

Baby Spinach and Feta Salad (with ranch dressing) approx 400 calories (all dressing >_<)
5oz of 100% fruit juice 150 calories

So after looking at supper I'm really embarrassed, after I looked up the amount of calories I ate I almost didn't write it down. I'm glad I did though, now I know what to look out for and I guess a lesson is learned.

I don't plan on eating anymore today so I guess today was a good day. My calorie intake was only 1250 calories (rounded down since I have no idea with the toast and jam)
