I caught the beginning of "I can make you thin" on TLC.

I was just wondering if other people thought it was interesting or not.

My mom watched it and she tried to explain it to me but I didn't really get it LOL. She said that they were using some of the principles of acupuncture to overcome emotional eating. Except instead of using needles they just tap different parts of the body. I'm not sure of the details though. sweatdrop

Yes I have seen it. I kind of found it interesting. Some of the things made sense like not eating to fast and focusing on your food instead of the TV etc. I agree that the tapping thing is a little weird though. I kind of tried it. Didn't work to well for me. sweatdrop
