If this is a repeat thread I apologize, feel free to delete it. I looked all through the first page and didn't see any like this. If there is another thread like this, can I suggest making it a sticky?
ok, so here are two of my fav recipes.
breakfast bagel:
what you need: whole wheat bagel,( or whole wheat bread but I like the bagel for this) 1 egg partly skim cheese, or laughing cow cheese, I use goats cheese (I'm a feta/goat cheese addict), or I guess you could use cream cheese light. slice of tomato(if you like tomato) you can also add in a piece of iceburg lettuce. a bit of low fat butter (I use "I can't believe it's not butter light") you can skip the butter if you want.
here's what you do (though I think by the ingredients it's already obvious) cook your egg, either in the microwave, poach it(in water) or fry it with some no fat frying spray. put your bagel on when your eggs are almost ready butter lightly, add your tomato egg and cheese(I do it in that order so the egg doesn't slip out the little whole and the cheese gets a little melty being on top of the hot egg, Then you enjoy with a cub of juice.
PIZZA!!!
who here doesn't crave pizza once in a while! I got this idea from Rachel Ray
what you need: whole wheat pita(you can always use white if you like, I just really like the taste of whole wheat, I'm such a freak) tomato paste partly skim cheese your favorite pizza toppings (minus the red meats like pepperoni and bacon)
what you do:
preheat your oven to like 400 put your tomato sauce sprinkle LIGHTLY your cheese (remember it will spread when it melts) I like to add goat cheese add the rest of your toppings put it in the oven, no tray, you can wrap it in tinfoil though don't walk away, it cooks fast. Once your cheese is melty, it's done.

Divash My favorite pizza recipe doesn't use a traditional crust at all. Low/non-fat pizza sauce Low/non-fat mozzarella Sprinkle of parmesan Vegetable toppings Crust: A big, fat portobello mushroom! You take the stem off the mushroom and scoop out the dark brown fleshy ribs, leaving only the white mushroom 'meat'. A couple of spoons of sauce and a light sprinkle of mozzarella are enough. If you need more cheesy flavor, use a light sprinkle of parmesan cheese -- it'll contribute a lot of flavor for very few calories. I like some finely diced bell pepper and mushroom, and maybe a bit of olive or shredded zucchini, for the toppings. Very little, actually, goes quite a long way with this. Pop it into a toaster-oven at 425 Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes; no need to even reheat. By removing the regular crust and substituting mushroom, you can take as many as 400 calories off of your pizza recipe! never been a fan of mushrooms xp
