2005 APG Masquerade: Phase 1-suggestions/comments

We are currently looking for donators of gold or items, anything really, to help with giveaways and prizes in events. If anyone has an ideas of how we can raise some gold, please feel free to post asap. Thanks^^

Hey guys, Funaho here! Hyper_azn_girl and I are planning an APG Masquerade right here in the guild with permission from the head herself, AsianGirl! (Thanks so much whee ) We are still planning everything from time and events, so please feel free to comment on any other ideas that may be included in the process of making this a reality.

It's official! We will host this event on Saturday, October 29th, 2005.
One must wear a head garment(preferrably a mask or item covering the eyes) that conceals the face/eyes. Costumes and outfits are very welcome 3nodding (there may be an avatar contest)
If there are any questions on what to wear, just post and hyper + myself will be the judge. Subject to change @__@

Some ideas as follows:

-lottery gold giveaway with 1st prize winner, 2nd runner-up and so forth

-Random links in posts that lead to a trade of 1-10,000 gold given out simultaneously.

Members of the APG can sign up for fishing/Casino rooms. On the day of the masquerade, we could make rooms and the people that signed up can fish/play at the Casino together and talk.

Also, we could nominate and vote for APG king and queen ninja

And it seems as though some are a bit concerned about a mask/item covering the eyes to wear and are having some time finding them in the shops. They are not at all costly and can easily be bought with less than 10k gold. Of course, the kitsune mask and some hats in the marketplace are very expensive sweatdrop I will post some links to shops where such items can be purchased. List of shops, items, and prices(ideas):

The short and simple definition of masquerade: a party of guests wearing costumes and masks

If anyone would like a larger and more complicated definition, you can go here which includes some history as well.

@TAKA: We would not like anyone who wants to be participated to be left out, so we can have an acception for you.(this goes for anyone else as well, but I think yours is a unique case O_O)

I understand that there are not only eye covering face garments, but items like the were mask that allow the eyes to be shown. We can change the rules at any time to permit this.
