Hello!
I'll say this again I know my user name is not very nice for a guild like this.
But it's a name of a song, I swear!

I'm 22 years old.
A stay at home mom.
Lats I weighed my self I was about 130lbs.
I'm 5 foot.
I wear a size 10 jeans.

Before I had my son I was:
Weight 100-96 lbs.
I wore a size 3 jeans.

I'm not looking to be like that again( though it would be nice )
My goal. To look like the MILF that I know that is some where in me by my son's first birthday.

I want to lose the baby fat thats hanging around my butt, thighs, and tummy.

I want to fit in a size 5 jeans.

I so want to look at my self again and think " Wow! Thats a good looking girl!"

I want to feel good about wearing a swimsuit again.

I want my husband to be look at me nude again with out feeling that I need to hide under sweats and baggy T'shirts .

What I need to cut out of my diet.
Soda.
Pizza.
Junk foods all together.

I think this is it.

Ow my body hurts.
And I'm loving it.
I must be doing something right.

Breakfast:
1 cup of coffee.
1 Apple
1 Banana

Lunch:
A 100 calorie Bar thingy
A bottle of Gatorade.

Snack:
None

Dinner:
Tuna sandwich

Other:
2 glasses of water.
1 Glass of low fat milk.
1 Pepsi

Side notes:
Well like said before. My body is hurting.
I still did my work out early in the morning after I feed, and played with my son for a bit.

I still need to get a scale so I can give better updates.
Also any one know when the best time to weigh yourself?

Great work!
I'm proud that you are working out, and working through a little pain. Just don't hurt yourself ^^

The best time to weight yourself?
Hmm... Maybe right after you wake up?
You know, before you eat. =]

The easiest way to make sure you eat healthy is to not buy the convenience foods. Hot pockets even though they're fat free are not what you want to eat. I've never understood sweet tea, do you make it yourself? Is there any way to mod the amount of sugar that goes in or switch it up for honey? (This is an american thing and it's foreign to me. ._.)

and u might want to check what's in gatorade. I cant remember off the top of my head, but remember that if its a bright colour its probably full of colourings and other chemicals, and if it tastes nice its probably full of sugar >.<

Wow, I'm so glad I joined this guild.
Thanks for all you guys help

Seismic Schist:True, though it's fat free I looked back on it and 1 hotpocket is like 360 cals ._.

We went out to eat that night for dinner, so the tea was really really sweet.
I'm going to start asking for unsweet.

Iconised Ghost:Well the gatorades we got are called rain. So they are really light in color.
And they taste ok.
Though if I had a chose it would be soda day in and day out
.

Ugh!
I have getting more and more sicker.
And due to that I have not really eaten a lot for the last past few days.
Nor have I have been working out.
I have that God awful sick taste in my mouth.
So yeah.
Though I have been on gaia since being sick, just due to not really eating much I have not really had any thing to report.
gonk

Aw, spring sucks for sickness.

Good for you for cutting out junk foods!
Just take it one step at a time. n_n Cutting out soda is a great step, then you can go on to adding more vegetables to your diet, and adding more exercise!
if you are an avid soda drinker, just cutting that out will help with your weight IMMENSELY.

When I first started, I cut out all liquids except for water. I dropped about 15lbs in the first 2 months from that alone.

Size 5 sounds like a great goal! Since you've had a baby, the structure of your pelvis is going to most likely be a lot wider, so getting back down to a size 3 again might not be feasible, but you will definately be able to lose all the excess baby fat!

You should be trying to get as many, and as much variation in your veggies as possible. Go for nice, colorful veg like green and red peppers, eggplant, and lots of nice green lettuce. Romaine or greenleaf lettuce is great, but steer clear of iceberg, it is mostly water and lacks the vitamins of the romaine. Green leaf is better, if you don't like the taste of the romaine, as a lot of people don't. Oh, and spinach. Mmm. Spinach is great. THings like corn, potatoes, peas and carrots can be very starchy, so you want to have those in moderation.

You're going to want to stay away from anything labelled 'diet' as it is generally very very processed. Or 'low fat' because as you've already found out, low-fat does not necessarily mean 'low calorie' or healthy. Plus, your body does NEED some fats. Omega 3's are the best kinds, and can be found in fish and nuts, as well as a lot of other things.

You can definately do it!
I mean, dieting is easy enough, cutting calories until you're at your goal, but you will feel awesome if you start eating loads more healthy foods, and incorporating exercise for life. Eee!

Good luck to you n_n
