Cash Shop and Gifting Questions

Okay, first.
I have 4 gift tokens, but every time I attempt to use them, I get a notification that says I cannot gift.
Another thing-- my friend said she sent an NX item to me yesterday.
I did not receive this item; am I supposed to get it from the Cash Shop, which I already checked, or by some other method?

no idea about the gift tokens
but you should be able to get the item your friend sent you from going into the cash shop.

i was gifted a few things from a friend too. It should be in the cs area

for every 5k u gift need 1 gift token
for ex. 3.6k nx - 1 token
7.3k nx - 2 tokens
you need your own nx + the tokens to gift

to recive gifted items
you go to cash shop and under your char
theres a whole lot of boxes
the item appears there
