there was this big consparce theary going around when MCR first stated getting big that Billy was his real dad.
But they just look the same.

Haha! I remember an interview or show a while ago that said the same thing. As I recall, one of the host ladies of the show said the reason she finds Gerard Way so attractive is because:
"He's the perfect blend of Billy Corgan (sp.?) from The Smashing Pumpkins and Jack White from The White Stripes."
I happen to agree with her very much.

I happen to agree with her very much. I find that Jack White from The White Stripes looks like Ville Valo from HIM. o:

I couldn't picture him wish short hair either, until he cut it. And I loved it just as much as the long hair....and the blond hair. I think I'd love his hair no matter what because he's just Gerard. You can't not.

It's funny that gerard and billy corgan look so much alike, because in MCR there's a direct influence there from the Smashing Pumpkins. Also, if you listen closely, gerard and billy sound a hell of a lot alike, singing-wise. ^_^
