This is an excerpt from a project I'm working on, called "Whitby Tales." It is set during the Whitby Goth Weekend, and this is the prologue introducing the Mallgoth.
A poser, too, was there, a Spooky Kid. The Elder Goths all from him ran and hid. He thought that Manson was the height of goth. Of eighties icons he knew none but Roth. Of Bauhaus or of Siouxsie he knew not, and from Hot Topic were his clothes all bought. A pentagram inverted on a chain hung from his neck, false status for to gain. He claimed to be a Wiccan, but he knew not what this really meant, nor how to do much anything that could impress all those whom mocked him, whether they be friends or foes. The worship of Vasquez was his passtime. The poetry he wrote did never rhyme. He knew not how dear Ian Curtis died, and for Rozz Williams not one tear he cried, but sobbed quite loudly and histerically when anyone insulted Amy Lee. He called himself Draconius Torqueo, but everybody knew his name was Joe.

Amusing and has that cool rhyming style I like. Rhymes half way through sentences are fun.
