O: It's almost that time again!

Gaia's fifth anniversary is coming up Februrary 18th.
How many lucky ones out there are nearing their 5 th anniv. on Gaia? @.@ That just sounds like such a long time...

Plot ideas anyone?
I don't remember whether I ever found a manga story update during the xmas event. Was there one?

I can't wait for another event, posting away in the forum, celebrating the community. =D The community that spams for pixelly items. <33
<.< >.> I can't wait to see what items we get this year. x3 The items from the anniv. event have always been my favorite... except for last year's. Didn't we get fireworks of some sort? As original as they are, they're not easy to throw into every outfit. x.x;

So yeah~ I just like these items because they usually give us something with pink on it. <3 I like my pink. ;D And it's not too easy to find on Gaia... Or match together, anyway.

Nah, the annual Gaia ball is the user run event. The Gaia anniversaries are actual gaia events. :3

As i remember it...

The bowtie and corsage were given out in 2003 at the ball.
In 2004, Gaia had its first anniv. It gave out the Tshirts, party hats and noise makas. The admins had Gambino give out the G-pin at the user run Gaia ball event.

In 2005, the admins did not give out any items for the user run ball. They said it would be unfair since there were other large organized user run gaia events too.
They gave out g pins at the anniversary event. The g pins had a different description than the original pins. The system glitched and all g pins were melded into the original 2004 version... People were pissed. XD;; Or at least the ones who'd bought 40k g pins the day before were. XD;;


Sweet! I didn't pay attention to the date. That day is tomorrow. >3

Yeah~ the kitty slippers are very cute. x3


I was disappointed with how we only got one item. And though the kiki is very much a symbol of Gaia now, I suppose, I still wanted some item that was like the Gaia Tshirts. XD; Something that just... screams Gaia to me.

I liked the slippers a lot more than the fireworks we got last year. I think that was last year, anyway.

I did understand that we have been getting a lot of free items lately. @.@
