My goal weight is 120-130 lbs.

Jan. 27: About 1,500 calories

Jan. 28: About 1,500 calories

Jan. 29, 2008 (Yesterday):
Orange: I dunno, say 100 calories.
Salad: 450 calories
Spoonful of lite mocha ice-cream: Say 50 cals.
Two pieces of gum: Probably 10-20 cals.
Chicken and egg noodle soup: 180 calories
Half a Snickers bar (D'OH!): 270 calories

Total 1,070. Went on a walk around the field/ park, only once 'cause my thigh felt like I pulled something.

Jan. 30, 2008 (Today):
Skipped breakfast. D'oh.

Water
Crystal Lite: 5 cals.

Coke Zero

Lunch:
Salad: 450 calories
Coke Zero

Other:
Orange: Google is saying only about 37 calories
Bread roll with tomato and avocado: About 571 calories O_O (a whole avocado is 340...eep)

That's about 1,063 calories. Dinner will probably be soup with 180 calories. I'll report back later.

Edit: Yep, dinner is soup. 180 calories.
I also had some carrots and lite dip.
I might have some chips and salsa.

Another edit: I ended up eating some Pinwheels, which are chocolate things with marshmallow. Ugh. Curse my chocolate obsession.

Goal: 1,200 calories

Breakfast:
Crystal Lite: 5 calories
Activia yogurt: 110 calories
Pinwheel: 120 calories (get my fix early instead of later and then wean off it)

Lunch:
Crystal Lite: 5 calories
Salad (lettuce, croƻtons, a little cheese, dressing): 450 calories o_o

Other:
1/2 an avocado: 170 calories
Bread roll with tomato and pepperoncini: I dunno, 250-300 calories?

Total: 1,160 calories.

Edit: Add about 100 calories. I had an orange and a fistful of carrots at night.

I've had the flu all day. I woke up sick around 3:30 AM last night. I had an orange in the morning...like at 7:30. Lesson learned: do not eat citrus when sick. Ugh. I wasn't able to keep water down until a little while ago. Anyway, I'll update if I can eat later. This is going to kill my metabolism. -_-

Lunch-
Salad: 500 calories, didn't eat it all, though
Crystal Lite: 5 calories

Other-
Sandwich (bread roll, tomato, pepperoncini): 200-300 calories (will check the bread next time)
Crystal Lite: 5 calories
Peanut M&M's: Like 350 calories, d'oh.

Dinner-
Hamburger: 250 calories

Also, been taking a multivitamin.

Ooh, and weigh-in! 168. X_X But at least that's three pounds gone.

Edit: Also had a small spoonful of peanut butter and an orange.

Frosted Mini Wheats with milk (2%): Less than 200 calories if I counted right
Orange: About 40 calories
Small spoonful of peanut butter: Half of 95 calories

Lunch:
Salad: 400 calories
Crystal Lite: 5 calories

Dinner:
About 10-15 French fries. 300 calories?
About to eat soup: 180 calories

Two Reese's hearts: 160 calories (80 each)

Other: Coke Zero

Lunch-
Salad: <510; can't eat it all and kind of poking at it

Dinner:
3 pear halves: 120 calories?
Soup (Sirloin Burger with Country Vegetables): 320 calories if I can finish it
Yogurt: 110 calories

Also had some chocolate.

Egg McMuffin: 300 calories
Snack-size parfait with granola: Dunno but the large one is 130 calories plus 30 for granola; 65 + 30=95
Crystal Lite: 5 calories
400 calories for breakfast.

Lunch-
Salad: 500 calories
500 calories for lunch.

Other-
Two marshmallows things: 120 calories (60 calories each)
Doughnut x_x: 200-300 calories?

Dinner-
Spinach with lemon
Hamburger: 470 calories O_O

I probably had almost 1,900 (!) calories today. I'll get back on track tomorrow.

Lunch-
Caesar salad: 500 calories

Candy: 310 calories
Crystal Lite: 5 calories

Dinner-
Grilled Chicken and Sausage Gumbo: 260 calories

I would have done well if I didn't eat the danged candy.

1,235 calories total.

Anyway, power-walked for twenty minutes.

Candy: 330 calories. x_x I wish the rest of my family wouldn't insist on having candy in the house because I suck at self-control.

The scale's already back at 171. I can't begin to say how much that depresses me. I did horribly this week and ate so much it's disgusting.
