I tried this a couple days ago, and it is quick & easy.
ingredients
+ hard tofu
+ chopped garlic
+ soy sauce
+ curry powder
Microwave tofu for 1 minute. Add curry powder & garlic - however much you want. Then add just enough soy sauce to moisten the curry powder & garlic. Microwave for 2 minutes or more if needed.
Not gourmet by any stretch of the imagination, but pretty nice for something so fast. I recommend adding some bread & vegannaise to make a sandwich out of it.
