So does it apply to you if a random hacker gifts you [item that costs nx cash here], and those cash were hacked also? Would you get ban for that?

And I don't think you could be, as there are most likely logs of how you obtain NX Cash and Cash Shop Items.

not sure, you cant really decline gifts like you can on GAIA... but I would think they would remove the NX items and any benefits you gained from it. Just a guess though, I dont know their policies.

I don't think you would get banned. Isn't it kinda like when a hacker fames you, gives you gold, then cc's and when he cc's, you loot him and stalk him, taking all the stuff he drops from monsters and stuffs?

I always do that, but I never got banz0red...
