Is Yaoi Appropriate?

I for one love Yaoi, and I think that if you can handle watching it and if you like it, there shouldn't be a problem. I saw this sign and thought it was hilarious. What are your thoughts on it?

I would find it funnier if it was not fake.

Yaoi is a genre that, while I do not approve of do not think as any worse that those genre I do like. (In fact it is rather tame to what I really like) I watched Yaoi at 14 and read so around that time too. If you able to handle the content wonderful.

im 14 and i watch and read things with yioa in them personally i think its your own choice to watch/read it its ok as long as you act slightly mature about it if your not mature about it than you shoudent wach it(or read it) for that mater

I think censorship and limiting peoples freedom of choice is unforgivable and wrong. if your mature enough to handle it you should be able to watch whatever you want. besides, I think all love stories are beautiful and yaoi is no exeption.

Then you must join me in hating the States new laws against my favorite media form.



I currently am unable to ship Gengoroh Tagame's manga over to the States because of the damn laws that state child pornography even in comic form is unacceptable. For ******** sake that boy is like 16 that is legal in Japan and quite a few U.S. States and yet I am unable to receive them because Amazon Japan is afraid they will be confiscated at customs.

Yaoi is a genre of female erotica. It features two male characters with a story that is based specifically on sex and is without any true plot.




It has gained a lot of popularity over the years and has some of the most productive sales in the states that most companies are now willing to market it.
