Best solution to those chocolate cravings? GIVE IN!!!!!

Get your hands on some candles (vanilla, chocolate or coffee flavour adds to the ambiance but the smell drives me crazy days after), put on your favourite soap or film or CD, snuggle up in that huge jumper and enjoy a

NICE

HOT

CREAMY

mug of hot choclolate!!!!

low fat instant hot chocolate, made with hot water and a splash of skim milk contains way under 99 calories. It takes you ages to drink so you dont end up eating huge mountains of chocolate AND

its a liquid, so it keeps you full for ages.......

And AGES

great with a few malteasers on top.

you know, you're absolutely right! if you delay on cravings, you end up eating too much. Say you want a nice fluffy cupcake. You delay, and end up eating five. ACK! Day's worth of calories right there.

Yes. Use non-fat milk or non-fat/low-fat soy milk. Use Splenda to sweeten it. And use Dutch Process cocoa, which is about 96% fat free. Have your chocolate -- but in a sensible way, so that it won't destroy all the progress that you've dieted and exercised to achieve!

1. Chocolate VitaTops and VitaBrownies (100 calories!)
2. 100 Calorie Packs Oreo Thin Crisps
3. No Sugar Added Fudgesicles (40 calories!)
4. Jell-O Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Snacks (60 calories!)

A lot of these are not available in Canada (or just not in my area) But for those of you in the US it is a great option... and if you do try them let me know how they taste biggrin
