Hi guys!
My name's Hurky and I'm starting a diet today. I eat really healthy, but I need some good exercises!! I want to find some exercise regimen that I can stick to. I tried doing push ups and let me tell you that my arms were hurting for two days!
I am starting off about 170lbs at 5'5. I want to decrease the size of my chest (where most of my extra weight goes). I want to lose some weight before my 20th birthday in March (I don't care if it's five pounds or ten)
