NOTE: Because this is an anime rp you can go anywhere in the anime world such as the leaf village form naruto, hong-nan from fushigi yugi, clow kingdom from tsubasa reservoir chronicles and other places from any anime. You can even go to the ramen store in leaf village. So you can go anywhere besides the Otaku Cafe!

Bio: Mother and Father died 10 years ago. Mizuki then lived with her grandma and help her out at the cafe. But now her grandma have passed away she takes over the business with a kind heart and help those who are in need.

Character's Bio: He is a student in a rich school. his family owns many companies so they are rich. he has three older brothers. his father always wants him to live up to the families reputation so they are strict on him and always expects more from him. he is always being compaired to his older brothers in everything. he keeps a low profile around people and seems happy and like a nice gentle man, but is very sad and is always feeling alone and liek noone likes him for him. peope say "oh hey it is Yashi's brother...." Yashi is one of his older brothers. he is never known as his own person, Shiyo. no one knows but Uriyu about his ice powers also, as a matter of fact, she ended up giving him some ove her powers on accident from practicing her powers and she accidentaly striked him and his hair turned icy white and his brown eyes turned blue. but he can soemhow change to look like his oldself almost but changing his hair color bac black and his eys bac brown by his own will....
