I think all but the top one are official. As for the maps, those were pulled from the Air game.

I've been looking at a couple of the art books that were made by Key, so perhaps I'll have to get around to pulling the trigger and picking them up.

Go for it. smile .... I got the Kanon one that came with the 86 Uguus, but I lost the CD sadly. I have no freaking clue where it went. :/
