Well, let me say this. For those of you playing/beat Redemption, I have a question... Did this happen to you? First of all, yesterday I was going on the quest with Antares where you have to fight Negimaru. Well, I was fighting nice and swell, but...well, I died. Thing is, as soon as I died, the cutscene appeared where It looked like I had just beaten them...They were kneeling and tired, and saying things like: "I knew we couldn't beat The Terror of Death..." Has this happened to anyone else?

Huh. That's really weird. And lucky, I guess. XD
I actually died during that quest, too. DD: Only for me, it went to Game Over like it should have. I usually never ever die, so I was PISSED.

Yeah, I usually never die either, but it could have been the equipment I was wearing... It's the flickering scale item, and when you go to cusomze, the effect is "rainbow luck"...maybe that had something to do with it?

Maybe. I always wondered what that Flickering Scale was. I thought it would be good because I got it from the One Sin or whatever.

Maybe they died just a few seconds before you...?

It must have been the flickering scale. I still have no idea what it does, but I think it revived you. I checked GameFAQS, but I still couldn't find out what it did. I wonder if anybody really knows. :0

That actually happened to me, only I didn't die. xD I was owning Grein, but I only had to get him down to half his HP before it switched to the cutscene.
But ja, I noticed a few glitches in that game. In some of the scenes, the visuals of the scene that had just gone by would repeat, but the dialogue for the scene following it would be working fine. It happened liek three times, mostly in the scenes right before I had to fight Cubia.

I doubt it is the Flicker Scale nor the Rainbow Scale. (I hope I don't confuse the two) The armor reduces attack damage by 25% and the accessory increases GP and item drops by 25%.

Maybe the game thinks Negimaru and Grein are so bad that it can't comprehend anyone actually losing to them? XD
