Custom Inquisitor

i want to create a custom inquisitor and love the armour of this guy, but im not sure what model it is from, can u guys help?

if you can tell me what the torso armour and arm armour is then it would be great! i know the legs are teminator... and i think the cape is sculpted...

Anyways, looks like terminator armor. The patterns look like they were just painted on there. Ill have to give it a better look when i have more time...

The armour is a highly modified and sanded down suit of terminator armour of the Grey Knights, most likely from the Captain Stern model. The hammer is from Inquisitor Lord Coteaz and the arms look like normal marine power fists judging from the shoulder pads they sport. Possibly chaos variants with the claw like digits filed down and chaos spiky bitz removed.

The torso if the armour is a re-modelled archaon torso (the cape is included in that torso, and it's a Fantasy chaos lord, big guy on a big horse), while the legs are re-modelled grey knight legs I think, the pointing powerfist is from 2nd edition space marine veteran sergant and the second one I belive could be sculpted from scratch, while the hammer looks a tiny bit like Corteaz hammer like mentioned.

Head is probably a space marine head with added greenstuff beard and hair since it is too big to be from the white wolf sprue.

I belive the hammer could be scratchbuilt to since it's seems to be a bit too small (and wrong in shape) to be the Inquisitor Coteaz Hammer.
