I got sick last week, right? So I haven´t really been exercising for the past week.
It´s only been a week, yet I feel like I´ve been slacking off for a year. I couldn´t even finish the first segment of one of my videos, which isn´t that demanding and it was barely 5 minutes! What the hell happened??? God this is so frustrating.
I´m going to wait until Robert gets back from his meeting at work at 9pm and then I´m going to try again. I´m not going to bed tonight until I´ve worked out for a good 40-60 minutes, I swear.
Has this happened to anyone else? x_x;;

man i've been feeling that for a while. I used to be able to run on the eliptical machine with lvl 8 resistance for 40 minutes no problem. Now i'm on lvl 5, fast paced, lucky to make it to 40 mins.

At least you can do that much. @_@;; I´ve been having to either cut it down to 10 minute sections throughout the day or just do a really light exercise (which I hate, I never feel like I´m actually accomplishing anything)...

I was sick over two months ago, it was a virus that took a month to go away and excersiceing was horrible! i felt so exhausted after my first round! i've had to back down and start from half of what my routin was and build up again, and i did drop a few of the tougher excercise untill i was back up 100% health and able to handle it again. Its was very fustrating.
